Offline, in-person experience

Optionventurepath is a 100% offline, in-person hospitality venue. All activities, including accommodation, dining, private events and private casino salon evenings, take place face-to-face at our physical location. You must physically visit our Optionventurepath venue to participate. We do not offer online gambling, remote gaming, digital betting or any form of virtual participation. This website is for information and reservation enquiries only.

Acceptance of terms

By using this website and making a reservation, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an enquiry. We reserve the right to update these terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Reservations and payment

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure dates. Payment terms, including cancellation and refund policies, will be provided in your individual booking confirmation. Rates are quoted in euros unless otherwise agreed and do not include incidental charges.

Conduct and eligibility

Optionventurepath is a private venue. Admission is by reservation only and at the discretion of management. We maintain a formal dress code for casino salon evenings and reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet our standards of conduct, appears intoxicated or behaves in a manner disruptive to other guests.

Liability

We take reasonable care to ensure the safety and quality of every visit. However, Optionventurepath is not liable for loss, damage or injury caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including personal valuables left unattended or third-party services arranged at guest request.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photography and design, is the property of Optionventurepath Limited unless otherwise credited. It may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, where the physical venue is located. Any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction.
